This place is AWFUL. If I could give a negative 5 stars, that is what I would do.I never write reviews, but I feel I should warn my community about this place. I am a forgiving person, but I have had 3 major issues at this location (shame on me for coming back after the first time). The first issue happen about a year ago, my husband went in for a cut and left with a horrible rash on the back of his neck due to unclean and unsharp razors. I sent pictures to the manager and all we got was "I am sorry". The 2nd incident was they added and extra $25 to my credit card! My son had his hair cut and we bought some product and the total was $21 and I said to make it an even $25 (that's a $4 tip on a child's 10 dollar cut). She gave herself a $25 tip and thought I wasn't going to notice? I had to fight to get my money back and when I was speaking to the manager about it she asked me if I just wanted $21 back since I had originally intended to leave a tip??? Ummmm, no. You try to scam me and then think I am going to give you a tip? And then there was today....I brought my son in for a trim. He has wanted to grow his hair out and so w went through the 8 months of "growing pains" to get it the way he wanted. I just asked her to trim the back and sides. I turned away for a minute and the next thing I know, she has shaved the back of his head?????? NEVER AGAIN.....

My daughter went to this location to have her hair medium layered in the back about 2 inches take off and slant trimed down the side to blend in with the back. Came out with sides all chopped up layers in the side not even even layers at that, there were 2 hairdressers in there this particular evening as my daughter was waiting her hairdresser and the other were talking bad about earlier customers which scared my daughter to death. She is 17 years old and could not believe what she was hearing. Went back up there to show the hairdresser the mess she made of my daughters hair and she did think there was anything wrong with it. Called next day to speak to the manager, she has yet to call me back. Been over an hour now. Would not recommend this location to anyone. Very rude incosiderate people and in a hurry to get you out of there.
