I have had trouble with my speech since I passed out in Sept and have left over 8-10 messages and when I did speak to someone I was put on hold and eventually cut off. I even left a message for the office manager and as of today (8 days later) I still have not heard from anyone and again today I called and again all I got was a answering machine. I am very afraid I a may have had a TIA or something is going on in my head and my family and I are very upset. In April I was told by ER to see them next day and it took over 8 phone calls before I was seen.

I had an MRI performed at Guilford Neurological Associates on a Thursday, on the following Saturday afternoon Dr. Willis called me with the results, ON A SATURDAY! This doctor cares! Next, had some blood tests ordered by Dr. Willis but I went to my family physcian to have blood drawn (much shorter drive). Family Physician's Nurse called to tell me she's faxing results to Dr. Willis and 10 minutes later Dr. Willis called me. Never in my life have I ever experienced such efficiency from a doctor. In summary, Dr. Willis is a true professional and a brilliant physician! I finally have answers as to my condition, thanks to him!!!!

This man has barely any social skills and a wooden, abrupt communication style. He did not clearly explain his diagnosis and was brusque when I inquired further about details of conditions and testing. He generally seems uncomfortable doing his job and handling patients.

This provider is terrible. He was the attending physician on a hospital stay. I told him confidential information about a psychiatric condition suffered by my mother. He refused to run all appropriate tests as a result. He discharged me citing potential hysterical projection disorder. I was later diagnosed after the proper testing by another provider with carpal tunnel syndrome and cubital tunnel syndrome requiring four surgeries to repair. Had I not gotten treatment for cubital tunnel syndrome I would have lost use of my hand. He is terrible and completely non trustworthy.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
