I have been going to the Strong Center for over a year. They just moved and it took a while to find the building, but I eventually found it. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience really good. All the exercises were explained in detail. They have a lot of options for my exercise plan.
