I have been visiting a friend here for a year. I do not see how they are allowed to keep this facility open. It is dirty, unsanitary, lacks basics such as linens and soap in bathroom for hand washing, toilet paper consistently and aides that provide daily care. Some aides are incompetent, rude, and turn off lights and never come back.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. Their equipment appeared to be old and out of date. I wouldn't trust them to care for my loved one after I saw first hand how unsafe their facility is. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer.
