They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

THESE ARE YOUR WORDS NOT MINE. WHAT I WOULD SAY, IS YES THE FACILITY IS UNDERSTAFFED. WHEN I WAS A PATIENT FOR REHAB, THE LPN DID THE BRUNT OF THE WORK. THE RN'S DISPENSED THE MEDICATION, AND I ASSUME THE PAPER WORK FOR HER SHIFT. I MAY HAVE TO USE A NURSING REHAB IN THE NEAR FUTUER. I LIKED SPRUCE MANOR, BUT It was very outdated with it furnishings. I will have to make a visit. The president at the time told me it was going to have a complete makeover.i hope so.
