I had a spouse in short-term rehab here and was not impressed with the staff. They were often not helpful and did not seem to know what was going on with my spouse’s care. Their communication with each other was not good because they did not talk to each other. When they tried to explain things to me, they were in a rush and did not explain things clearly, but they used their own medical terminology. I often could not get a straight answer to a question, but just got the runaround. I actually had one staff person tell me that they did not care what happened to my spouse after going home because they just needed to get paid now, and all they wanted was money.

My mom was a patient there for 3 months it was awful the staff was very rude and they treated her terrible. She had to wait for hours for the staff to help her. The food was always cold and it was terrible. A patient in the room next to her was smoking and almost caught the place on fire and some of the residents there were allowed to sleep with other patients. Also residents were allowed to lay around naked in there rooms with the curtains open and the door open. My mom had to endure alot of awful stuff while she stayed there. I would never put a family member of my in this facility it is one of the worse places in Winston-Salem. I think if my mom would have stayed a day longer she would have been hurt or maybe would have died. Please don't ever put a love one in a place and never check on them because bad things happen and you will never know it unless you visit them everyday to check on them. This place needs to be shout down.

Horrible facility, they treated my father terrible. He asked for a TV in his room playing very loud to be turned off around 11 PM so he could sleep and the nurse refused. We spoke to administration the next day and they said of course they would turn the TV off but again the next night they would not turn the TV off. A nurse there even argued with me when I agreed with my father that the TV was way to loud all night to get any sleep. If my father is not given the right to sleep in this facility, how can he be expected to be strong enough for rehab in the mornings and recover at all. Since this facility did not have my fathers recovery as a priority we removed him so he could have better care!!

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
