alzheimer/dementia patients are not properly taken care of. Always short of help especially on the evening shifts and weekends. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

A FAMILY MEMBER WAS THERE RECENTLY IN THEIR LAST STAGE OF CANCER, WHICH HAD SPREAD TO THE LIVER AND LUNGS. THIS FAMILY MEMBER NEVER ASKED MUCH BUT FOR HIS PAIN MEDS TO BE GIVEN ON TIME. SEVERAL TIMES PAIN MEDICINE WASNT GIVEN ON TIME ON WHERE THEIR PAIN LEVEL SURPASSED THE SCALE OF 10. THIS IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
