This facility is terrible. My 86 year old grandmother was placed in here after getting a hip replacement. The staff was very rude. The front desk was on their cell phones and eating at the front desk. Very unprofessional. My grandmother could not walk on her own so she would need help getting to the bathroom so when she would call for the nurse, noone would come in for about 40 minutes. Noone comes in and checks on their patients. When she was discharged I had to go up and get her things. I called ahead of time so they knew I was coming up to get everything and they told me they would have it ready for me which was nice but when I got up there, they gave me someone elses things. They did not offer to help the front desk asked me to bring back up these things and to go up and get her belongings. The place was dirty as well. I would of said something to the supervisor but there was never anyone around! I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE. If you ask me they all need to take classes on how to handle their patients and how to be professional instead of talking on the phone and eating cheeseburgers at the front desk!!

I would NOT I repeat NOT recommend this facility to anyone. They are rude and refuse to help when needed. My grandfather has been a patient here for 3 years and had his money and credit cards stolen THREE TIMES!! I reported the incidents and nothing has been done. We are now in the process of pulling him out of here and putting him somewhere safe and we know that his personal items will not be stolen. I recently wrote to the Health Department regarding there practices and hopefully we can get a solution. PLEASE DO NOT PUT ANYONE YOU KNOW HERE!!

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. If I ever ran into an issue or problem, the staff was always helpful. Their staff is friendly and welcoming, everyone from the receptionist, nurses to houskeeping. They are all professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The therapy department is one of a kind and I am in better shape then I was before my hospitalization. The Center was easy enough to find and there was free parking across the street in their lot. I will absolutely return if I ever need in-patient rehabilitation. I had a terrific experience, and I am thrilled I chose Liberty Court.
