I would not put my love one in that place. The nursing staff is OK those that don't fight with the patients the overall staff is very unprofessional. They say they care about the patients and staff they really have a funny way of showing it. The security their is none.

TERRIBLE PLACE! Do NOT send your family member here!! Filthy, low quality food, patients screamed at and subjected to abuse on a regular basis. Nurses talk about sexual exploits right in front of the patients, like they are not even there. The place is like a big dark warehouse, and the guy running it (working on making himself rich) is a real psychopath. A REAL one.

I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. The restrooms here are not clean. I would advise going before you leave the house. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.

Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

They cancel on me all the time.
