I had to wait quite a while when I arrived while 2 employee's were talking about their weekend plans...they did not acknowledge me standing at the counter. Once they spoke to me, it seemed the only thing we spoke about was what it was going to cost etc. I requested a walk through when I first arrived, but that didn't happen unitl 30 minutes after we talked about the cost of someone living there. The place seemed very sterile, quiet, clean---but like a well restricted boarding school or something.....not for my loved one---I took them somewhere else and very happy with my decision.

They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked here. No paper towels, toilet paper, or even a toilet seat cover! I had nothing to clean up with. Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Not at all! They were boring and outdated

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
