My dad is being cared for at the Eaton County Extended Care Facility. My family (including me) looked at facilities for my dad, and this facility was the best. The surroundings are very nice. From what I could see (as I live out of state) in my two visits, everyone was very nice and caring towards my dad and considerate towards visiting family members. My family who live locally are also happy with the Facility. My dad seems content. I know I am not coming up with specifics, but my general feeling is that I am happy and confident that my dad is receiving good care at this Facility.

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
