One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me.

Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. They are filthy and don't care about nothing but their weekly paycheck and the side tips they get from patient families. There incompetent and should be shut down . You can hear them calling the patients a pain in the ass, and pretend they don't her you when you call for them. There solution is to medicate patients so they don't have to be bothered. They disgust me

I would never send a family member or friend here for care. My father died in a great deal of pain and suffering due to bedsores which could not heal because he was so malnourished. When his 100 days were finished for Medicare they simply released him in a septic, febrile condition instead of recommending he go to a hospital. They claim he didn't want to eat so they couldn't force him to eat, He had been sent there for inbility to swallow. He ended up in intensive care at a local hospital due to malnourishment and neglect.

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
