This place is not good and very suspicious. I have dealt with three social workers and two of them have been incompetent and the second one (Diane) was rude and dismissive. You're not allowed to take your person to their own doctor and my grandfather's room whom he shares with a sick person smells like piss. My grandfather's leg is swollen, and I asked if I can't take him to see his primary care, because he is only allowed to see the doctors in that facility. My family has been trying to get him into an assisted living facility, but they have lied stating my grandfather has dementia and we can't even get a second opinion. They do not follow up with you on anything and they are always in quarantine and it's always a staff member who has Covid. The recreation staff are nice and so are the front desk employees, but the social workers are trash. There is a new one now and hopefully he is better. We wish to get my grandfather out but do not have any space in our apartment. He was taken there by the hospital and allowed to stay by another relative unfortunately. We do not get any updates from doctors either.

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Definitely, it was nauseating
