Horrible staff. The call lights went unanswered for hours, to the point where my loved one messed her pants and had to sit in it until they would eventually show up. This happened daily. Got her out of there as fast as I could. She said she would rather kill herself if she’d had to stay. I saw for myself when I visited - she called the desk to use the bathroom & no one came - I went to the desk & saw the aides just playing on their phones.

This is the worst place ever. Aides are lazy, phones are seldom monitored or you the pleasure of voicemail.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

A little, it was faint but I noticed one
