I have been going to Dr. Down's for 10 yrs !! Her office is very nice, the people that work there are very friendly. She has been a very good neurologist, making sure I got treatments to slow the progression of my MS. She put me on a med that helped me get 100% of my eyesight back and I could dance again after spending 3 yrs mostly in my bed or a wheelchair. Have not used one now in 3 yrs. Also the office is very clean, including the restrooms. I had 3 different neuros before her and she is the best !!

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. For a neurologist's office their equipment seemed fairly current, but nothing special though. I wish they would update their equipment a little more.

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
