Their staff is very friendly and professional. Their office was nice and quiet. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The office was easy enough to find. My child absolutely loves Robert Fink, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
