Arrogant, rude and no compassion. Dresses unprofessional. Wrinkled clothes and no lab coat. Talks very condisending to people.

I found Dr. Bienert to be cold with no personality, who acts as if she is doing you a favor by showing up even when you mention you were left I n the exam room for almost a half hour. Each visit was the same, you need to lose weight. Naturally my request for a referral to a dietican was denied but told if I wanted to see one, they aren't that expensive, maybe $100 a visit. It got to the point that I dreaded going for my annual checkup. My friends could not believe some of Dr. Bienert's comments and begged me to get a new doctor but I kept going since the office was convenient to home but now the practice is going to MDVIP and that was the last straw; I finally had enough. Can you believe they want me to pay an additional $1600 on top of my insurance payments for the privilege of being Dr. Bienert's patient? Trust me Dr. Bienert isn't worth it.

The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I would never send my friends or family here. My experience here with this doctor was truly horrifying. Horrible bedside manner. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.

Dr. Beinert is a very cold, abrasive, condescending doctor who has an attitude that she is some type of god because she somehow made it through medical school. I have never experienced a nastier medical professional in my life. Her PA Erin Baker for all intents and purposes acts like a doctor - prescribes medicine, etc. She is just as incompetent as Dr. Bienert and has the same attitude.

The staff at this facility are very grumpy and act as if you are bothering them. Dr. Petit at this same practice is as bad as the others and completely full of himself.

This practice is conveniently located in Kingstowne, but I'd strongly recommend you go further away to seek a competent doctor. This practice is very bad news!

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me.
