had an appointment that was scheduled six months ago. arrived 10 min. early. was told that he was an hour behind. was asked if I wanted to wait. I said no. was asked if I would like to come back. I said no. was then asked if I would like to reschedule. again, I said no. this has happened before. why make an appt. 6 months ahead of time if you will have to wait an hour, come back or reschedule? My time is as important to me as his is to him. I will not be seeing him again!

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
