I had seen Dr. Scott once or twice a year for bladder infections. He uses the dilation of the urethra technique of putting a metal rod type device and moving it back and forth to stretch the opening of the urethra. It did not help me and was very painful. The last time I went to him, I just wanted to get medication. He did not agree that I did not need the dilation, and said I would be back. He then charged me a new patient fee of over $400.00. I called and asked to have the established patient bill, but they continued to bill me the new patient amount. I do not recommend him.
