He has treated two of my children and in both cases I have found him calm and non-alarmist, which is a good fit for my personality. He listened well and spoke clearly, answering all of my questions to the best of his ability while explaining that there is still much unknown about the brain and the healing abilities of the child's brain in particular. I appreciated this honest explanation.
