Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Not at all, their cologne smelled great

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Their office equipment is in good shape - all very current and safe-looking. It put my mind at ease. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
