I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know my end results, I would never have made the investment. This provider did not inform me of their no refund policy. I spent $ 2,500 for 5 painful treatments and received minimal results for my rosacea. . I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I would probably never be pleased by them. I knew that my situation would be dismissed, because they wanted to offer me one more treatment at no extra charge instead of a refund. They were extremely rude and impolite.
