Dr. Rubin is fine. It's his practice that I have a beef with. My wife and I have been a patient with him for 15 or more years and today we get notice that our Insurance is no longer accepted by their practice, which is all fine but we get this notice 4 days before our scheduled appointment and are told we have to pay the full rate or cancel our appointments that have been on the books for a year. Not only that, we did get notice a month ago from our insurance company that they would no longer be in-network, but Dr. Rubin's office manager told us that it wasn't a problem and that it was just some kind of possible glitch. Terrible service.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. When my mother died (she was also a patient of Dr. Rubin's), he took the time to call and sent a hand-written letter telling me how much Nana had meant to him. He's the BEST
