I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
