The last few times I have been there I have had a wait time because a laser or other equipment is not working properly, which I only knew because I overheard staff conversations. Also, on occasion I have asked my technician about therapies, for example, on collagen-induction, etc. and I felt less than confident that she knew what she is talking about.

Unfortunately, I am very unhappy with the breast lift with implants I had almost 2 years ago. I thought over time, I'd slowly become happy about it but I haven't. I have always been self-conscious about my large chest and was told I might end up smaller after the lift with tissue being removed. I went in as a D hoping to be a large C after, but instead I am now a DDD and still feel saggy. The cost of a revision or implant exchange will be almost as much as the initial surgery. Very upset over the results and will get a revision at some point but will not return to this doctor. Although he is very personable and charismatic, and his staff is lovely, that alone is not enough to recommend him to others.

I appreciate Katie calling and letting me know she was running late and asked if I minded the RN to administer my Botox. I work downtown so the sooner I get in and out the better.

Staff is always very friendly and accommodating . I believe that getting an estimate before the treatment on each visit as a routine practice would be more helpful than waiting until after the treatment. It would be a very helpful practice. Otherwise the service and staff is always excellent.

I never seen Dr. Laurence, but Madison is pretty good. The one thing I do not like about her is that she does not talk much. I have to constantly ask questions and pull information out of her. I also do not like how this office does not have brochures or a list of after care of tattoos or other surgeries. I am going through tattoo removal and I never receievd after care instructions. I had to constantly ask questions which is unsuaul because usually doctor offices would have that kind of information.

I found some of the staff during my O-shot to look unprofessional. Clownish even. Fake eyelashes so long and over-painted they looked theatrical. It seemed unsanitary to have her in the room assisting. However, I do really admire your N.P.
