I am a long time patient of Dr. Torpercer and respect and trust her entirely. If I needed to go more than once a year, I would find someone else. I always call ahead to see how late appointments are running and arrive when they tell me to. This time it was 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I did not leave her office until nearly 3 hours after my initial appt time. The waiting room is crammed with people that you have to sit next to, almost touching. There is no music or TV. One gentleman had to leave and told the receptionist that he had read every magazine they had! He even found all the items in the Highlight magazines!
Once in the examining room, the "nurses" are in and out as you sit there almost naked. When my appointment was over, everyone walked out and left the door wide open for me to fend for myself!
Total disrespect for their patients. They need an office manager to run the place and let Dr Torpercer do what she's good at.
