They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
