Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. My purpose of being there was fulfilled but that could have happened at any bariatric medical clinic. I felt rushed often and didn't feel that connection I hope to have with my doctor. However, I never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I had. I stopped going though because they cancelled my last two appointments without letting me know. I only found out when I went to the office and found the door locked. It was extremely frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. I expected to be treated better than that for the amount of money I paid.
