Dr. Ingram is the most patient and caring physician we have ever had for a family doctor , she actually listens to your cares and concerns which we appreciate greatly ! Our family had moved away for two years and relocated back to the Greenville ,SC area and drive to Asheville for her services . We are also impressed with her wonderful staff , they make you feel like family .

She took me off all medicine that my previous doctor had me on for 8 years. She thought everything that he had been doing was wrong. She tried to put me on a medicine that my previous doctor had tried before that didn't work well with me. She has also been seeing my husband and he's having the same issue. She doesn't listen to anyone's issues before diagnosing them.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
