Dr Ostrow is amazing and can deal with complicated injuries. The PT in his office is terrific as well. Unfortunately the front desk staff is not well trained and their attitude is worse than unwelcoming. Scheduling appointments is difficult and they are not well trained and have no empathy for patients who are there because they are in pain or have other problems that need to be treated. They act as though one size fits all when dealing with patients and do not take into consideration some may have disabilities. If you are not a digital native this office is not for you. The sign in is digital and complicated for some of us. The staff is not helpful and is quick to put you down for lack of digital skills, vision issues and hand eye coordination issues, some the very reasons you are there. So it’s a gamble when you walk in.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
