I wanted a mini-lift and had interviewed at another facility prior to my appt. with Dr. Eisbach. He spent over an hour with me at no charge, explaining the procedure and what I could expect not only as a final result but how the first 2 weeks after the procedure would look and feel like. There was no pressure or phone calls in the interim before I made my decision to have the procedure done. The price was the same as the other place but it was necessary to schedule within 60 days in order to get the "discounted price" there. Another reason why I did not choose that facility. Dr. Eisbach's staff and physical office are delightful. One feels like royalty in these surroundings. He is a master of his specialty.

Dr. Eisbach performed laser surgery around my mouth. It was wonderfully successful, and I am most appreciative of his great surgical talent. He also did surgery under my eyes and the results were excellent. Each patient should realize that their natural skin quality will affect their plastic surgery results. I have sent friends to Dr. Eisbach for their eyes and their facial surgery and each one looked far better than before the surgery. Please remember that if your skin is very thin and possibly sun damaged your results will not be as good as someone with excellent skin. -E

Karl Eisbach promised me that my facial injections would last a lifetime. Fact checking shows it lasts two years at most. When I later confronted him, he responded with, "Well, how old are you?' Shady doctor.

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Both the procedure and the recovery process were explained to me. They made sure I understood every step. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. The restrooms here are not well-stocked. My stall had no toilet paper so I had to use a toilet seat cover.
