I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

Dr. Ross is great! One of those rarities in human medicine who not only listens to what his patients have to say, he HEARS them. He's flexible in his approach to treatment, welcomes patient input to how their cases proceed, is intimidated by no one that I could tell, and most amazingly, wants to fix what's wrong with his patients because he wants them to feel better.

One would think this latter sentiment would be the overwhelming reason for folks to be in the human health care field, but unfortunately, in my extensive experience with human health 'care' providers - using the term exceptionally loosely - this is not the case. In order of what I think is the most damaging to least damaging (to the patient) reasons for doing their jobs , I have found the following reasons to be prevalent : to make themselves look good, for the prestige of ordering people around, for the money, and good future job stability.

Dr. Ross's reason for wanting to fix his patients - so they feel better - is of course the best for the patient, and shows with his every interaction.
I consider myself very lucky to have found him.
