It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. . Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. They have really great patient service here. They always put their patient first, regardless of the situation. They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness. Dr. Alex Cocoziello is an excellent doctor. I have been going to him for years.

This Dr is all about money ... He tried to milk the insurance as much as he could, procedures that the Insurance company considers not in compliance.. He walks into the delivery rooms uninvited without & prior consent and tries to scam patients .. Be careful w this guy. I'm reporting him to the BBB & possibly to the Nj DA office

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
