They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

Dr. Tang used to be kind and courteous when we first started seeing her back in 2008. Our visits the past year have been uncomfortable. She seems a brash and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. When we asked questions, we felt that we were wasting her time. We're in the process of changing physicians.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. I was particularly surpirsed at recvovery from a muscle strain that had been bothering me for months. One of Dr. Tang's staff performed therapy and the next day the pain was gone! Don't understand how, but it worked. It was refreshing to have the Dr. Tang herself call and reveiw blood test results. She had compared them to prior tests from prior doctors and made reccomendations. Defintiely a higher level of service then I have experienced with other doctors. The office was very easy to locate.

I am pretty underwhelmed with this office right now. My daughter has tonsils swollen so much that her throat is almost closed. We called and made an appt and was told we could come in on Saturday, which was great; However, my daughter saw a nurse practitioner, not a doctor and we were charged the copay for an office visit. She was given an antibiotic. 10 days later, the tonsils were still as swollen and there was no change with the antibiotic. So I made another appt, hoping this time to see the doctor. NOPE!!! GOT THE SAME NURSE PRACTITIONER!! And he had the nerve to say that he didn't know what to do for her, and gave her another prescription for a stronger antibiotic, but said, take allergy medicine to see if that works before you take the antibiotic and if that doesn't work, we will send you to see a REAL DOCTOR. What the HECK???? I thought that was what I was paying for to begin with!!!!!! I think we're done here.
