Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

I would recommend them to my friends and family for sure. The service was impeccable and they were so caring. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I took my 87 year old Father here, they treated him very well and listen to what he had to say. The informed him of the problem and what they could do, when I noticed something else later in the week they had me come in right away, they informed me this was how it would look and told us what we could do so in a week it would look better. It looked great in a week, they had us come in for a recheck just to make sure things were going ok, My Father was happy that at least they cared about him even if he was "an old man". The main thing is they knew what they were doing and took care of everything.
