Omg! I've always had fear of the dentist but this experience was super relaxing, I was scheduled for wisdom teeth extraction, upper and lower on the right side of my mouth. I don't remember feeling a thing. Dr. Larusso and his assistants were so nice! God bless them all. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Dr Jett was great. I had a root extracted and was in and out in 25 minutes. However, on my bill I was charged for 2 15 minutes anesthesia at 165 per charge. My insurance wouldn't cover the anesthesia so I was out that cash. When I inquired as to why I was charged 2 15 minute anesthesia sessions the explanation was " that's just how we do it". What in the world does that mean.

Dr. Sellars is very friendly and helpful. The front staff in the Portsmouth office needs lessons on customer service. They are so short, unhelpful, and unfriendly.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was organized and taken care of. The Front office staff were very nice, however The other staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me or my child feel welcome. My child is very frightened of any dental related issues they briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. The oral surgeon did not nothing to instill any confidence in me or my child, he was very short and acted like he could care less we had chosen his practice. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. I will not go back.
