Absolutely the worst experience I ever had with the dentist - they overcharge and put you to work you don't need…

I got sucked into the shysters, when the company I worked for told us we will save money going into a DMO plan, the Oral Surgeon was right out of school - in promise to put my wisdom teeth in a box when she was done removing them. They ground my teeth in the such small pieces and picked them out of my gums, I was much recovering. They threw my teeth in the trash, said they were sorry. And they told me, they were not up to the job I would went somewhere else. I had a horrible experience and I was treated like crap - void Anderson Group, they're horrible dentist - only after an dollar. I wish I never step foot in their office...

These are a bunch of scumbag business people. They turned a 120 invoice to collections instead of submitting it to the health insurance company- they sit you down in a line a a dentist go from chair to chair like an assembly line and then wanted to know if I wanted my teeth whitened- considering I have some caps ,I guess the dentist is not very knowledgeable, I will be reporting them to the CFPB and the state agencies - terrible dentist

They should not be in business. Terrible customer relations. I stood in the lobby trying to make an appointment. I told the lady I would like to make and appointment. She told me it would be a minute. I sat in the waiting room for 35 minutes while she spoke on the phone. Then I got up and ask her maybe it would be better just to call. She said that would be Better!
What an idiot!

3 appointments later, and still no teeth cleaning. First two times were their fault, this time my HSA card wasn't working. While I was on the phone trying to sort it out since they demanded payment first, they kept interrupting me telling me to hurry. I get it, you have a schedule, then let me pay after and don't waste either of our time. My HSA card had never been used, and had way more than the co-pay on it. So thanks for rushing me for a problem that was on your end. I'll be looking for a new dentist so maybe sometime in 2014 I can actually get my teeth cleaned.
