After reading some of these reviews I wonder if they had the correct Dr. Dugan? He isn't located in TX! His office is immaculate and Dr. Dugan has never been anything but professional. He is highly trained and extremely knowledgable. He has always treated me with the highest care and regard. I would feel confident in recommending him to anyone!

If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.

The office staff wasn't any better than the oral surgeon. They kept pushing me to book my appointment without giving me any information in regards to insurance or how the procedure would be handle. The office staff was completely unfriendly and uncaring and so was Dr. Dugan.

This company was able to work with me to get a more convenient appointment time. The nurse working with me was able to answer all of my questions as well. However, the surgery itself was very rough, and it felt rushed. With only a local anesthesia offered and no sedation, it was not something I'd want to do again unless absolutely necessary. Recovery is also a bitch, but luckily I had no further complications.

HA, one comment was on how clean their restrooms and office was.......What a joke. In TEXAS, DDS offices are 10x as nice as this one which is only average compared to SOuthern dentists. A nice bathroom does not equal medical competency.

NEVER, ever would I go into this office again. I had an emergency on Friday and needed an extraction. They tried to convince me to do this with local anesthetic, meanwhile I wanted sedation for my comfort and safety. THey wanted me to see one particular dr. who only had an appt on Friday. I could care less who treated me and the sooner the better.

They were trying to place me with one dentist in particular for THEIR convenience or office politics.

Anyway, I scheduled with another Dr. there on Monday with a sedation specialist on hand.

A call Monday morning said that they did not have a sedation specialist today, but AGAIN, they steered me towards an extraction with just local anesthetic for a large pre molar extraction.

NOT only have I suffered in pain an entire weekend, I do not trust these clowns to cut off a hangnail, much less perform an invasive surgery on. I have found a competent group of oral surgeons locally in a hospital setting which I trust.

Im sorry I even paid this office for an evaluation, which was totally useless since I will have to pay this again for another surgical facility

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
