When my daughter was 7 she had 4 teeth pulled, or "wiggled out" as Dr. Jeff puts it. She played on an iPod and he chatted casually while he gave her about 10 shots to numb the pain. All 4 teeth came out without a whimper. After it was all over Grandma called and asked her if she had any shots. "No way!" she exclaimed. "I would never let anyone give me shots in my mouth!" I decided not to tell her in case she needed to have any more teeth "wiggled out." Dr. Jeff is both delightful and an exceptional pediatric dentist. We're so glad our pediatrician recommended him.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. My children love "Dr Jeff" and all his staff! The office was very easy to locate I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The atmosphere and the staff help make the experience less frightening for the kids. I highly recommend them. My kids are teenagers now and they have been with Dr Phillips since my oldest was 2 years old.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in.

I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
