Dr. Joe Lai caused me severe health problems, DO NOT TRUST HIM.
I am allergic to nickel and latex, I reminded Dr Lai and staff at every appointment, yet they put braces on me that were made of nickel.
I suffered terrible health problems for 2 years and still have headaches and ongoing issues I never had before. I am 47 years old and I suffered greatly due to his mishandling of an allergy noted on his forms and reminded verbally at each visit, I truly worry for any youngster who is in his care. Watch out tulsa!!!

I'm 26 years old. I already had braces before coming in to the office. I came in to get a second opinion. I went to another orthodontist and they told me that they didn't do my kind of braces, so they would have to take mine off and put theirs on. My teeth were already straight and good to go. They also wanted to string me along for much more time than was necessary, and charge me a couple thousand more. I knew this couldn't be right, so I went to see Dr. Kirkpatrick. He took my braces off and set me up with a retainer all in the same day. I'm so happy. Thank you.
