I visited the office three times now and have been very impressed by the attentive staff and the time that Dr. Su gives me as a parent. He was really gentle and age-appropriate with the kids (meaning he took time to talk/discuss with my 7yo son who was interested in what was going on). I would absolutely recommend this provider to my friends for their kids.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

No, I was in pain, but they said I didn't need it

Dr. Su is a MIRACLE WORKER!!! My three year old had suffered from severe tooth decay on her front teeth from breathing treatments, she was very shy and self conscience about her teeth. I took her to another pediatric dentist in north canton and he wanted to extract her teeth which would have devasted her so I desided to get a second opinion! We were able to get in really fast , the office staff was friendly and great with kids, my daughter went back without me and didnt even cry! She loves the dentist now ! Dr. Su gave my shy little princess such a beautiful smile she is proud of ! she shows everyone her new teeth!! I recommend Dr.Su to anyone I know ! THANK YOU DR. SU!!!

Take both my children to Dr. Su and have since 2000. He is a great dentist and has a very caring manner and staff. Never have trouble getting in with a problem. I drive an hour and 15 min. each way to get to his office and it is worth the trip. So glad that he was recommended to me and I recommend to anyone who has children. Wish he would be my dentist.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
