This Dental Care provider SUCKS!!! The staff is EXTREMELY RUDE!!! They want to talk down to you and ve disrespectful at all times. STAY AWAY froM this PLACE. I had ALL the approvals from the health insurance but somehow they were missing one and after making me wait with my daughter in the office for almost three hours and having her fasting all day sonce midnite and her appt was for 1p, they sent her home without doing any work one her (she needs three teeth to be exposed, and they only had approval for two. They CAN'T do all THREE AT ONCE. Yet they opted to do NONE!!!) Are you Kiddine Me!? Another month long wait for them to call and schedule another appt. Once they had all three approvals and when they call us into the office he tells us that he WON'T BE DOING ALL THE WORK because she was scheduled for 30 minutes and the procedure takes 90minutes!! WHAT THE F... is Wrong with this place. DON'T COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATEX LIKE GARBAGE BY THE WHOLE STAFF!!!!!

The first thing I asked about when I called the office was if they accept my dental insurance. I was given a positive answer and made an appointement in like 3 weeks. My appointment was on 10/29/12, the day Sandy was expected, and the office closed early, before my appointment time. It was rescheduled for 4pm 11/14/12, another 2 weeks wait. When I came in on 11/14/12, the line of people was spilling out on the street!!!!!!!!! When I got the chance to get to the reception, I was given forms to fill, when I asked if they need to see my insurance card, I was told "No". Then I aws told to wait for at least an hour!!!! There were no chairs available, people had to stand everywhere. And considering that healthy, feeling good people do not go to the doctors, it's terrible! After an hour wait I was called to the reception and told that I have to pay $110 and when I questioned why I was told they do not accept my insurance!!!!!!!!!! Not only did I wait over a month for the appointment I did not need (since I was given wrong information the first time I called), but I also had to spend over an hour to find out my insurance was not accepted there!!!!!!!!! When I asked for an excuse note for my job, I was told "No", because the doctor did not see me!!!!!! This practice is absolutely awful, they have staff that is unprofessional and not caring!!!!!! Stay away from them!!!!!!!!!!

Very, very, very rude staff, they ignored my questions, i was talking to them on the phone and she didn't want to answer my questions, she literally hung up the phone in my face. I called my insurance and filed a compliant against them. I will never go there and will never recommend them to anyone.

I see all three other reviews are negative. the TRUTH is...the oral surgeon is extremely qualified--he did two different surgical procedures on me within the past three months and both were dififficult surgeries that could have ended with severe problems--I had minimal bleeding much to my surprise after an extraction and surgery cutting and shaving a bone spur (not fun). Some of the staff were not attentive, but The young woman I spoke to was competent and let me come in as an emergency--she is compassionate :) all you want when you are in pain. I don;t want to go back..but fate says otherwise....
I don;t want to say the surgeon;s name because the office is already crowded enough...i need them for myself.!!

IThis is the best you will find unless you pay in CASH and head to Manhattan and i doubt yo uwill find a BETTER surgeon- than the one I had.

I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.

They ignored my questions and my son had to cancel his appointment after waiting 1 hour no one was will to contact me . I wish they had a few more staff members on hand to commucate that there was a problem . They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've been more professional . I feel like my son's appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered when i called on the status of my son's surgery i was told everything was fine no problems, nothing was accomplished, and my son left without being serviced and he felt worse when he left. in addtion i am a health care practitioner, i placed 4 calls to inquire if there was a issue or problem and each time i was told there was none. the lack of commuication and manner of treating a patient's like they are cattle, and each head is a more cash in the drawer, this place is run like a mill get them in the chair and out , ther is a lack of compassion, lack of regard for patient dignity, and a failure to commuicate.A good health care professional is aware that he/she is providing a service. fail to live up to the professional code of ethics, and provide each patient with the condition of being worthy of respect and diginty. Each patient needs to be treated as a individual in need of their practitioner's services. Other wise they will go else where
