Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money.

Dr. Christensen has been practicing dentistry for over almost 30 years, and is the third generation of dentists serving my family. Every member of of my immediate family (6 people) has nothing bug glowing reviews to offer about Dr. Christensen and her staff. Everyone is extremely friendly, attentive, and very patient-focused. The kids never have any fears or issues about going to the dentist (of course, they have great teeth and have never had any cavities or worse), and as parents my wife and I always appreciate the extra time Dr. Christensen and her staff take with the kids to make the experience so positive. Finally, I've never had a complaint or reason to complain about the biling or charges.
