Midtling has been nothing but a pain in the mouth for me. They needed an x-ray from me so they could send it to my insurance company so they can approve my wisdom teeth being removed, so I make an appointment.. I go in for the appointement.. Sit in the waiting room, and a half hour after the time of my appointment I finally get called back to spend literately 90 seconds back there! The gal at the desk told me it would take 2-3 weeks for the insurance to apporve, and they would call me to make an appointment when they got the go-ahead. It's been 2 weeks so I called them to see if it had came yet, and I was informed that they didn't send out my x-ray until TEN days after the x-ray was taken and have no explanation for this. And they won't allow me to make an appointment before the insurance gets approved, so I have to wait even longer! They are booked out the next two weeks. My wisdom teeth are becoming really painful and I am not happy at all.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
