Great staff. Dr. Quain explained things in a way I could comprehend. Great parking. No time spent in the waiting room. They took me back as soon as paperwork was completed. Dr. Quain was very gentle. I really like the vibe of the office.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They were so nice and gave me a huge selection of toothbrushes and toothpastes to choose from after my appointment. They really make an extra effort to make their patients feel special.
