Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

My experience was okay, had visited this facility for the kids basic colds, ear aches, etc. Very nice when first opened, last time was there with my 16 year old for sore back, the place was dicussingly dirty and woren down. That was 4 years ago, haven't gone back. I paid my usual co-pay at time of visit, and low and behold in the mail last week I received a COLLECTION notice in My Daughters name for a balance due on that visit 4 years ago. This is the first contact I have had that something was owed. The best part is it was only $30.77, now don't you think I could have paid that off over the past 4 years if I had known about it. Beware of the Billing and take hand sanitizer!!!
