Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. I was pleased to see that their equipment looked new and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that nothing was old or falling apart. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

His receptionist was a little abrupt, but she had to answer the phone and stuff... got in to see him quickly. He got to the point, and wrote for very affordable generics and told me where to go for them. Not like the last derm I saw, as I couldn't afford one of the medicine at all.

Dr. Pham may not have the verbal charm of a woman, but I respect his skills and credentials. He is a skilled clinical dermatologist, and not a person to chit-chat with. I saw him about a large mole on my elbow, he examined it thoroughly and assured me it's benign. I asked him about my kid's eczema. Years later I realized he was right that it was just the irritant from soap not washed well. A doctor should be judged by his works, and not just by how he tallks.

I value Dr. Pham for his experience and skillful hands. He has many years of volunteer work with the poor in Ecuador, South America. I respect his work with the poor and his integrity. Dr. Pham does the best work for his patients, and saving them money.

I was trying to explain my situation and Dr.Pham didn't listen to ANTYTHING I was trying to say. He just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. Dr.Pham failed to take any of my extensive dermatology history. NOTHING at all. Just a warning, he did not adhere to the expectations of a professional. That's just bad business. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. The staff must have not been trained very well. Were not friendly, nor inviting. I did not see one other medical professional in the office, but Dr.Pham. No nurses, medical assistants, aides, just him. The woman who took me back to the room and read through my charts was visually more unkept than myself, with no uniform or id to qualify her to be discussing my conditions. So dissappointing. No wonder why they get their payment before you are seen. What a sham.
