IT IS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY HERE! This Dental Care provider makes little effort to get me in quickly if there's an emergency. This practice will provide good customer service in order to look you in as a patient, but once they have you, forget about it. Case in point, I have spent over $2000.00 to have upper & lower partial dentures. From what I have learned, dentures require a lot of adjustment by the dentist in the first 6 months or so. Well, where at the beginning this office was very accommodating in making appointments & working me in when the pain had gotten really bad (prior to the denture work), now that they have my money, it takes no less than 1 week to get an appointment for an adjustment that will take no more than 5 minutes and during which I have never even seen the dentist! I am told by the office manager, Stephanie, that once you have been seen by a dentist, you may not be seen by another dentist regardless of the difficulties you are experiencing. I have been put in a situation where I have to go without my teeth, unable to eat for a week or more! You see, at least under my dental insurance plan, they cannot charge for adjustments for the first 6 months, which clearly has translated into "if we can no longer make anymore money off of you, we are going to make it as difficult as possible for you to get into the office & receive some relief. Believe me when I say, I am not a person who runs to the dentist for every little thing (if that were the case, I would not have required dentures!), however, when the dentures have been adjusted to the point where they cut into my gums causing them to bleed, when they have been tightened so much that it takes me about 10 minutes just to remove 1 plate (not just me either, because when I was able to get into the office, it took 3 people, including the dentist, more than 20 minutes to get 1 plate out of my mouth!). The office manager has actually told me that "no dentist will work on a patient when another dentist has started the work!" Really?!?!

Unless I want to go to another dentist & pay the new dentist for her/his work, I am stuck with these gougers for the next 4 1/2 months!

Please, please, please, do not make the same mistake I made! Keep searching for a dentist because this is the last place you want to spend your money & be left in unattended pain!

They ignored my questions and tried to rush me while trying to make an appointment. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Before even visiting, front desk "assistant" gave me a hard way to go. A young lady name Stephanie was extremely rude and I will no longer provide Ulery with my business. After finding a much better and preferred Oral Surgeon Office, I am advising everyone to NOT work with Ulery Dental in Pasadena due to the attitude given and poor treatment. I have also visited the Ulery Dental in Laurel, and although they did a bad job cleaning up, staff was much better and very kind. I have been in contact with Ulery Dental plenty of times to schedule appointments Stephanie is the most disrespectful assistant I've ever dealt with. Not only was she rude with me, but she was also rude with my mother who also called to schedule an appointment and receive information on insurance. She tries to rush you off the phone without even answering your questions, and other staff memembers there just transfer you to her when they either don't know the answer or they will never come back to the phone after placing you on hold. Worst Experience Ever! There are plenty of other offices that provide wonderful service all around but this is far from that. Please do your research and read reviews before going to this place!

One thing that's been so annoying about Ulery Dental & Orthodontics, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. It cost me 150.00 from work and person who drove me missed work and I starved because I couldn't eat? They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. I would be hard pressed to give them a recommendation after my experience. . All work was done by the assistants. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while.
