They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. Overall, I was very happy with the orthodontic results and they took time to make sure I had the best orthodontic results!!

I'm very very frustrated with this practice. My daughter, 12, Has been in treatment with them for over 3 years. They've had numerous orthodontist in/out since her treatment began. I can't even tell you who her orthodontist is now, frankly, it's embarrassing. The office is uninviting and the staff members are miserable. I have to ask a million questions in order to stay informed with my child's treatment, and when I do, they make me feel like I'm inconveniencing them. One day we waited over 90 minutes for a 90 minute appointment. That's over 3 hours at the orthodontist. When I told them I'd need to reschedule they told me I wouldn't be able to have an opening for over a month! I called to schedule an appointment yesterday and because they dont usuallly answer their phone I left a message.. Still no call back! We've brought in broken equipment just to show how it fell off and they put the used equipment back on her teeth... Gross! Also, I have to ask for them to change her old faded elastics. These are the first thing the world sees when my child smiles, they should be changed once a month!!! My younger son goes to a different orthodontist while my daughter is stuck here! SHE even notices the difference when we visit my son's orthodontist... Sad! I'd transfer her, but I'm done paying this place and have to pay for her to finish treatment elsewhere. I'm frustrated and disappointed. I just hope my daughter's teeth are fixed properlywhenthe eventually come off. My faith in them is low.

They don't book appointments more than 60 days out and they never have openings within 30 days. They seem to have more patients then they can handle. My insurance company has been sending me bills because they have not properly worked with my insurance company. My child cannot get the treatment he needs because of their lack of organization.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They have cancelled numerous appts. After missing a few payments they requested thousands of dollars before my son could return for a follow up. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect this provider. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return. Not only did this orthodontist not offer alternatives to metal braces, but they couldn't, or wouldn't, refer me to someone who did offer those services. the girls who work there dont do their job. they sit around and talk while the patients wait for hours before being seen. they are horrible.
