If I could give no stars I would. Dr. Metcalf starts out friendly, then seems to get rude. His staff is very rude. As an adult, who worked odd shifts, I needed them to be a little flexable with appointments and they absolutely refused! They actually told me, that even though I needed to come back in 4 wks, Dr. Metcalf said to give me appts. every 8 wks., if I asked for certain times again. I had them take my braces off before my treatment was done. Dr. Metalf said I would be done in 9 mos. and he wrote on my paper work that he planned 2 1/2 yrs. to finish. Why lie? Terrible attitude towards customers in there.

They do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me.
The plastic retainers they issue when you're done with braces broke multiple times and they didn't replace them until they had cut them down 3 times. Oh, a retainer that spans 5 teeth? Great! Not!
When The bottom one had cracked in half completely they first said "you've been out of braces for 6 years. i bet you don't even wear those retainers anymore." Yeah you got me there.. kind of hard to wear them when they are in pieces. Back up your product and replace them for free. I wanted one that wouldn't break because I wear them every night, so I had to purchase metal ones. Their customer service is awful and Dr. Lala was not concerned about my moving teeth, and said to fix my issue of a moving midline would be "trying to kill a fly with a cannon". Overall I was treated extremely poorly. Terrible service and terrible establishment.
